Pre-Employment Functional Ability Screening

Pre-employment FAS is useful for minimizing the chance of work injuries. FAS is used not only to assess the functional abilities of the potential employees, but also to allocate them the most suitable jobs in accordance with their functional abilities. CANBI will work with the employer to design specific screening components in FAS for different varieties of jobs with different job demands companies.
